Hallo Ich bin Elke,

Mutter von 3erwachsenen Kindern, Oma und gelernte Arzthelferin.
Viele Jahre meines Lebens war ich sehr unzufrieden, mit meinem Job, mit der finanziellen Situation und mit meiner Ehe.
Ich war ständig in Sorgen und hatte Ängste. Ich konnte schlecht Entscheidungen treffen und wollte einfach nur allen gefallen und dazu gehören.
Ich mochte meinen Körper nicht und war neidisch auf meine Mitmenschen.
Das alles hat dazu geführt, dass ich krank wurde. Ich bekam Rheuma und musste starke Medikamente nehmen. Die dazu führten, dass ich mich immer schlechter fühlte und so richtig im Opfermodus war. Ich wollte nur noch bedauert werden und bekam darüber die volle Aufmerksamkeit.
Irgendwann fragte mein Sohn mich, ob ich jetzt bis ans Ende meines Lebens so weiter leben wollte und da bin ich aufgewacht!

Ich habe Verantwortung übernommen für mich und mein Leben.
Ich habe begriffen, dass ich alles selber erschaffen habe, und somit auch die Macht habe alles zu verändern!
Ich habe sehr viel gelernt und am Ende festgestellt, dass Wissen alleine nicht ausreicht um etwas in Heilung zu bringen.

Heute führe ich ein Leben von dem ich immer geträumt habe. Ich habe meine Berufung gefunden und möchte Dich gerne auf deinem Weg zu deinem Traumleben begleiten!

Meine Ausbildungen als  Mindset & Gesundheitscoach, Entspannungstrainer und Ernährungsberater beziehe ich bei meinen  Coachings immer mit ein. Denn nur wenn Körper,  Geist und Seele vereint sind, kann Heilung beginnen.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit sind Körperprozesse wie z.B. eine MST  Session   (mental screenshot technique) mit der wir schnell und effektiv Blockaden in der Tiefe lösen können.

Ich biete 1:1 Coaching live oder online an und Gruppenkurse und Entspannungskurse .
